How we handle your information.
Last updated June 2026
This page explains what happens to information you send us through this site, and the discretion we apply to client and prospect details. It is written plainly, because that is how it should be.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you email us or fill in a contact form, that means your name, email address, and whatever you write, such as your company, your situation, or the contract driving your inquiry. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data, and we do not try to identify you beyond what you provide.
How we use it
To read, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry, and to carry out any engagement that follows from it. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is genuinely necessary to respond to you or where the law requires it.
What we will not do
We will not publish your inquiry, name you as a reference, or use the fact that you contacted us as public proof of anything, without your explicit written permission. The same discretion we extend to clients, we extend to prospects.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry or the engagement it leads to. If a conversation goes nowhere and you would like us to delete what you sent, ask, and we will.
Client and engagement confidentiality
Separately from this policy, we keep client names, technical environments, security architectures, and engagement histories off this site by design. Organizations handling CUI should not have to expose their internal posture to evaluate a provider. Practitioner credentials, relevant experience, and references are provided directly to qualified organizations during discovery, and where appropriate under a mutual nondisclosure agreement.
